Context & Challenge

These projects covered three different industries, but shared a common challenge: users struggled to find, scan, and navigate relevant information.
My role was to work with existing websites and turn UX findings into practical page structures and prototypes.

Context

The clinic's consultation and procedure pages had high bounce rates and low scroll depth. Important information was missing from the page structure, making it harder for users arriving from advertising to understand the service and decide whether to contact the clinic.

Task

Redesign the page templates to make key information easier to find, build trust, and support the decision-making process.

Result

The full redesign was not implemented, but the client adopted several of the recommended content blocks on the existing website. The prototype also established a clearer structure for presenting service information, from the initial overview to treatment details, specialists, trust signals, and contact.
